ABOUT: This boutique development is just a few minutes' walk from Totteridge & Whetstone station (Northern Line) with direct links into the City and on the doorstep of local shops, restaurants and bars while being set back and with a distinctively residential boutique feel.
BRIEF: The Client appointed us to create unique branding and interiors identity for their 5-unit mixed scheme which included urban chic interior specification with sample boards for off-plan sales, luxury brochure, CGI's, development website, hoarding design and branding that would help secure reservations before practical completion.
OUTCOME: 60% units sold within 2 weeks from launch, before any brick was laid on site.
