CLIENT: CLEARVIEW DEVELOPMENTS
ABOUT: Accommodating 14 individually designed apartments, Broadwater House perfectly combines charismatic, historic tradition with modern contemporary luxury. Conscientiously and meticulously designed, there really is nothing comparable in Royal Tunbridge Wells or Epsom.
BRIEF:The Client is a fan of quality and creating design experiences for everyone who purchases or rents his property. As a result, we've worked for months to tweak and improve layouts of the 14 units - half of which will be hasted in the existing historic building and the other half will be set in the new extension.
When we established that the client was keen to sell units off-plan he commissioned us for bespoke Interior Design, Development Branding and Property Marketing that would enable him to achieve sales before practical completion. With our solid understanding of the construction process and needs of property developers, we were able to create a bespoke interior design concept and development specification that enhances features of historic buildings while creating the best possible product within a reasonable build cost. Together with the Client and the Architect, we created spaces that are more attractive, more sellable and, more unique. Each of the residences features open-plan layouts, wood panelling to walls and hallways, plentiful storage, utility rooms and work from home studios. From the herringbone wood flooring to the brass bathroom fittings, the bespoke joinery, the stone worktops, these are all elegant and chic features of Broadwater House.
We also developed a brand for this scheme and created a luxury brochure, website, VR tour and 14 photo-realistic CGIs that reflect the lifestyle these downsize apartments offer and sell the dream to potential buyers.
The team has done a fantastic job with interior design where we made every flat feel unique in its own right by being so detail driven and giving each flat its own taste. Nothing is vanilla, nothing is copy-paste. Working with interior designers is important to try to drive that message, to give everything its own identity and make it stand apart.
