This is exactly the story of how we first met our client from Hiltongrove. Hiltongrove is a design-led property company focusing on quality residential developments and high-end offices. They are very passionate about architecture and delivering outstanding schemes, and through this passion they now own and manage over 200 apartments, offices and shops.
When we first joined forces, we were instructed to provide interiors and marketing advice for a project in Walthamstow. The client was quickly impressed with the quality and the timeliness of our delivery which earned us another opportunity - looking at the marketing collateral for a development of five mews studios in North London. Situated in vibrant East Finchley, Church Lane Studios is a collection of 5 two-storey apartments designed with an eclectic contemporary style to suit the local area and appeal to the tastes of first time buyers. Each unit is filled with modern accents and quality materials. This development truly reflects Hiltongrove’s dedication to thoughtful and progressive design.
The units in this development have an unusual internal layout due to the site constraints. The client has worked with their architect in an imaginative way to create 5 really interesting studio homes but the floorplans were somewhat difficult for the average buyer to visualise and the developer was keen to secure some early sales.
Ademchic proposed the name for the scheme and created a look and feel that would attract the right buyers for these unique compact but volumetric studios. While the developer was carrying out the groundwork, we designed a banner that was installed on the site to advertise the development. We also created the CGIs which brought the client’s vision to life and assisted them with creating a concept for the interior finishes which ties in with the branding.
The development is still ongoing looking at completion by mid 2020, however, 80% of the units were already sold 3 days after the launch. Having sold the majority of the units off-plan gives the developer the confidence to break away from psychological pressure of not being able to sell the units when development is over. Definitely, both the appealing branding and the new website gives Church Lane Studios a stylish and luxurious look synonymous to the Hiltongrove brand.
