HIGHLIGHTS:The client was apprehensive on selling units off-plan as he had never done so before. After the success of Law Meadows launch where all units were reserved in weeks before practical completion, we were appointed to work on Victoria Gardens. In a year we helped Hawksmoor Homes secure off-plan sales on 3 of their luxury developments with average price points around £1.2m.

THE RESULTS: All four plots in Victoria Gardens development were reserved off-plan after only three weeks of being available to the public.
