LonPro specialises in acquiring and developing exceptional properties, predominantly in London and the South East of England.
To deliver marketing collateral for LonPro’s upcoming project in Whetstone, a bespoke collection of seven contemporary four-bedroom homes designed for modern family living.
Ademchic was commissioned to help enable off-plan sales. We delivered CGIs, development branding guidelines and a marketing brochure in digital and print formats.
In order to establish an appropriate marketing aesthetic for the project, we identified the target buyer profile, reviewed competing developments and proposed naming suggestions for the development.
The Client ultimately selected Greenoak, in honour of the prominent oak tree located at the entrance to the site. A simple and elegant colour scheme was developed to complement the images and architecture of the scheme.
With the Ademchic marketing collateral and photo-realistic CGIs, even with a delay in construction, Greenoak could go live on RightMove, Zoopla, and other platforms and begin generating interest before the project is finished.
