This conceptual redesign of a penthouse in St John's Wood was developed as part of Ademchic Transforms — an internal initiative exploring how our development-led methodology can bring clarity, coherence, and strategic value to private homes.

Working from publicly available floorplans and photography, our team reimagined the layout and interior identity of the space through a developer’s lens: optimising flow, refining materiality, and ensuring every decision had both aesthetic and functional impact.

The resulting scheme blends expressive natural stone with soft architectural detailing and layered lighting — creating a quiet yet confident interior tailored to contemporary luxury living.
