PROJECT DETAILS:

Block88 is an up-and-coming boutique developer specialising in contemporary new-build homes in Surrey and Hampshire with plenty of flair. Their ethos drives their passion to prioritise workmanship over quick profits making sure the homes they build will stand the test of time. Their projects always seek to combine high-end build quality with attractive surroundings, and believe that great design can be delivered at affordable prices.

 

This client approached us through Instagram looking for help to maximise their GDV and off-plan sales for their current development - The Princedales. This is a small but impressive scheme of four new build family homes tucked away in a leafy private road in Ottershaw Village. We were commissioned to create a complete development specification including full interior design specification and floor plan review and optimisation. We were also commissioned to deliver the development branding identity, 7 photo-realistic CGIs and a luxury digital marketing brochure.

 

The bright and airy interiors of this project are designed to balance modernity and classicism. Each home is packed with bespoke design elements and premium finishes as standard. From the bespoke Shaker-style kitchens with breakfast bars and kitchen islands to the stunning custom made wood paneled headboards in the master bedrooms, to the details of the light-reflecting herringbone tiles in the spa-like bathrooms, the client was thrilled to achieve high functionality with a comfortable, relaxing interior atmosphere. 

 

For the marketing materials, we came up with a very bold and unique floral print brand identity to match both the clients character and bring out the character of the development. We were very lucky to have a client whose bold taste was refreshing and challenged us to go further than we are often accustomed to. The brochure has a very playful ‘jungle’ design, while the branding is a combination of natural colours which mimics the leafy surroundings where these homes are built.

 

Both the new branding and brochure designs offer Block88 a bold but unique look which enhances their existing brand and projects.
