OUR LAYOUT OPTIMISATION ADDED £150,000 OF VALUE TO THE SCHEME

THE CLIENT

Broadwing Homes is a boutique developer of contemporary homes, with an ethos of creating 'affordable luxury’.

THE BRIEF

Warple Way is an old industrial building, which is being re-bulit as 10 contemporary loft-style apartments.

Ademchic was asked to produce an interior design solution that is sustainable, cost effective and attractive. Having identified major issues with the original planning drawings, the Client retrospectively hired Ademchic to amend these layouts, resulting in considerable improvements to the functionality and saleability of the apartments.

THE RESULTS 

Ademchic redefined the entire layout of this 10-unit development, creating more saleable and attractively-shaped rooms and logical layouts. This change required new electrical plans and kitchen and bathroom drawings, and considerably improved the ‘wow’ factor and minimised the sales risk.

According to the Client, our changes have added an additional £150,000 worth of value to the development.
