The client was initially wary about selling units off-plan, as this was a new venture for them. However, after the success of the Morton Place launch, where all units were reserved prior to practical completion, Ademchic was engaged to work on the Victoria Gardens development. Within a year, we helped Hawksmoor Homes secure off-plan sales on three of their luxury developments, with average price points of approximately £1.2m.
